Where do I search for products?

There are 2 options:

1. Use the search box.  You can search for a product name or item number or a product description in the search box in the upper right corner of the page.

2. Use the Advanced ProductSearch (see blue button on the left hand side of the page).  This allows you to narrow your search to suit your unique needs.



How do I purchase products?

Locate the product using one of the search tools above or by browsing the JCR website.  Click on the button "Order Now" and you will be linked directly to the product in our webstore where you can complete your check-out.

If you are ordering more than one product, simply add the product to the shopping cart, close the cart window, search for more products and add them to your cart. The cart will remember your additions for about an hour. When you are done adding products to your cart proceed to check-out.

You can download an order form if you prefer to mail or fax your order.  Download form now.


Where can I browse your product catalog?

You can browse by visiting our "Products and Services" home page where all our product categories are listed, including featured products and links to view all of a particluar category.


I am a CSR customer, how do I log into the secured area?

Simply click the link at the very top of the page called "Login".


How do I find content, such as articles, white papers, etc.?

Browse through our Quality and Safety Risk Areas section for helpful information on environment of care, infection prevention and control, patient safety and medication safety.

Or use the search box and type in the topic of interest.   On the search results page you can "jump to" website results.


How do I contact someone from JCR?

Our contact information is conveniently located in one place by clicking the "contact JCR" link in the upper right hand corner of our website.
